Booking
Bookings can be made by email or telephone. A 15€ deposit per buggy is required to book a 1-hour tour, a 20€ deposit to secure your 2-hour booking or €25 for a 3-hour tour booking, which can be paid with a credit/debit card online. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment and cancellation rights.
Full payment is required before the start of the tour. No refund will be given under 7 days cancellation notice and full payment will be taken. No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
Cancellation by Buggy Tours Costa del Sol
We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to extenuating circumstances (such as strikes or other unforeseeable event that influences the safety of the trip). In this case full refund will be given.
Individual participants can be refused or excluded from the tour if they display untoward behaviour that may result in damage to themselves, our vehicles, any of the other participants or to the guide. In this case there will be no reimbursement.
Responsibility
Buggy Safari Tours Costa del Sol is responsible for providing a well organised trip. Buggy tours Costa del Sol is not responsible for the following:
- Accidents that occur during the tour. In this kind of sporting activity every customer is responsible for his/her own riding style and particularly his/her ability to gauge their own skill.
- Theft or damage to baggage or goods. Any costs incurred as a result of cancellations such as changes to flight itineraries are not the responsibility of Buggy Safari Tours Costa del Sol.
The customer is responsible for all travel documents he/she may require as well as insurances and credit cards etc. He/she is also responsible for meeting the conditions set by any of the companies involved.
Rental of Buggies
The Customer must handle the rented equipment with care following the instructions given by the guide at all times.
Liability declaration
By booking the customer automatically agrees to the following:
I am completely aware of the dangers of Buggy tours on and off-road. I take part in this trip at my own risk. I agree to the fact that neither Buggy Safari Tours Costa del Sol, nor their representatives or their agents are responsible for damage to my person, belongings, or financial loss incurred or for any other extenuating circumstances beyond their control. I am aware that Buggy safari adventure Tours Costa del Sol is not responsible for the behaviour of other participants.
I shall abide by local traffic regulations and those of the group trip. I will ensure that my behaviour and/or actions in no way cause harm to other people, local environment, or my vehicle. As far as is known to me I am in good health and able to meet the required tour standards. I have a valid full car licence. I am responsible for wearing the correct protective clothing and have received advise to wear comfortable clothing, closed toe footwear and goggles provided.

Personal data is collected through received data, either via a contact form on the website or email.
The requested data is appropriate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the scope, aims, and specific, explicit, and legitimate services of the Company. Forms must be filled out with truthful, accurate, complete, and current data, understanding that damages may arise from defective completion with false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
